I want to borrow some extra money for school (not a school loan). Is there any where I can go to find the best interest rates for a personal loan like they do for car insurance?

I made the mistake of entering a prize draw for Tesco vouchers (don’t ask why – i was bored, it popped up). Now I’m absolutly plagued by sodding pop-ups from EVERYWHERE. I can’t be online for more than a few minutes without them appearing – prize draws, loan companies, computer games, dating sites… loads of them. I’m getting seriously hacked off with it. I’ve set my pop-up blocker to high but its made zero difference.
In addition to my frustrations… when i open windows explorer, instead of my homepage coming up (its set to google), I get an advert page – either for a car or online games or something, and whenever I try going to a site that doesn’t end in ‘.com’ (eg.www.ieem.net), something called desktopsmiley now comes up and says the website can’t be found – I now have to google ieem.net and click on the link to visit that webpage, and not because I’ve spelt the name or web address wrong!!!

I have no idea what to do, how to hide my details and block the ****ing adverts and desktop smiley (which, by the way, I haven’t actually had installed on my laptop of anything…). Has anybody got any ideas i can try??? Its driving me insane!!!

I am waiting for my car loan result to come back; if it go through then I can get the loan, but today found another cheaper car, if the loan goes through, is that mean I definitely need to go forward to buy the car? Please advice me.

i am trying to compare interest rates for student loans. i went to both bank but they did not tell me anything but instead gave me a phone number and told me to call up. I tried looking it up online but it does not say. does anyone know?
